Gypsy - established in 2020, is a dynamic multi-brand affiliate program operating in the competitive Tier-1 market segment. With a portfolio of 14 brands, we are strategically positioned for a significant impact in the online gambling industry.
Our key operational hub is located in Poznań, driving our vision forward through data-driven and expert management.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience as a Project Manager in the iGaming industry for 3+ years
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within dynamic-growing companies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in process building, workflow optimization, and team coordination.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.
Your main tasks involve:
Task Formulation: Work with Product Manager to identify and formulate tasks based on strategic goals and project requirements.
Plan Development: Create detailed project plans in conjunction with the Product Manager, including timelines, milestones.
Coordination with teams: Work with various internal service teams (e.g. CRM, QA, Design) and the platform (service provider) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Creation and maintenance of release calendar, synchronisation with the development team
- Maintain and organise backlog, prioritise tasks
Record keeping: Maintain up-to-date information on projects, including status of tasks, issues and changes in the project.
Continuous Optimisation: Analyse completed tasks and current processes for possible improvements, implement changes to improve efficiency and quality of work.
