Trainee/Junior Recruiter to $500 Offline

We are looking for a talented Trainee/Junior Recruiter to help us attract the best talent to our company. Your main responsibility will be to proactively source, evaluate, and select candidates for various positions.


Requirements:

  • Ability to utilize search engines and online resources to effectively source talent.
  • Experience in utilizing social media and other channels to engage candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for talent using various online platforms, social media, databases, and other search tools.
  • Evaluate candidates' resumes and application forms, conduct initial interviews to determine their suitability for the position.
  •  Establish and maintain communication with potential candidates, providing information about the company, vacancies, and answering their questions.
  • Prepare and update the candidate database, document the recruitment process, and maintain other relevant documents.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of interaction with the company.

    Will be an Advantage:
  • At least 1 month of experience.
