We are looking for a  Freelance Recruiter / Sourcer to help us find the Marketing Specialists.
 

Responsibilities:

• Search for and engage potential Marketing Specialists on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Screen candidates based on their experience and skills
• Conduct initial outreach and schedule interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Collaborate with the hiring team to refine sourcing strategies
   

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing for similar roles (preferably in link-building, SEO, or digital marketing)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn search and outreach techniques
• Intermediate English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
