Role Objectives

  • Overseeing daily operational activities within the company.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans focused on business growth.
  • Optimizing and automating internal processes.

Key Responsibilities / Job Functions

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring compliance with the company's goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at business development and improvement of financial performance.
  • Manage financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's internal processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to increase productivity and profitability by optimizing, automating, and digitalizing internal processes.
  • Work closely with the CEO, owner, and other executives to shape the company's vision and strategy.
  • Establish communication between departments.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Audit business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.

     

Position Requirements

  • Work experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Operations Manager in the IT sector (3+ years).
  • Deep understanding of business processes within IT companies.
  • Strong strategic planning and change management skills.
  • Experience in finance, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement internal company processes.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
