We are looking for a 3D Designer. Currently, our team has only one designer handling all visual content, and to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency, we need another specialist to assist with modeling, rendering, and post-processing.

What We Expect from Candidates:

• 1+ years of experience in 3D design (experience in e-commerce is a plus).
• Strong Junior / Middle level.
• English Pre Intermediate+.
• Strong knowledge of Blender 3D: modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Experience with F-Spy for accurate perspective alignment.
• Photo editing & compositing skills in Photoshop (retouching, color correction, and compositing).
• Understanding of design fundamentals: proportions, color theory, and composition.
• Basic skills in Figma and familiarity with AI tools for image generation.
• Attention to detail, teamwork skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking, creativity, and a strong desire to grow in 3D design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating 3D models and textures for high-quality renders.
• Setting up lighting and rendering realistic interior scenes.
• Using F-Spy for precise camera alignment.
• Editing and compositing images in Photoshop.
• Optimizing workflows for handling complex scenes efficiently.
• Experimenting with AI tools and integrating them into the design process.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure visual consistency across content.
• Keeping up with industry trends and implementing innovations in 3D graphics.
