AI engineer with Python experience

This role is not only about models. You’ll also work on backend logic, data handling, and integration.

We are looking for an engineer who is open to AI and backend tasks — someone who enjoys solving product challenges, not just fine-tuning models.

Skills and Experience:

• 6+ months of hands-on experience in AI or ML development.
• Strong Python skills (this is a must).
• Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Grok, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek.
• Able to quickly learn new models, tools, and APIs.
• Experience testing and debugging AI pipelines and models.
• Experience with Git (or any version control system).
• Experience integrating AI features into backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of REST API, logging, and error tracking.
• Experience or interest in cleaning and preparing data (data sanitization).
• Good communication skills and team spirit.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker.
• Knowledge of LangChain, Haystack or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Some Data Science skills: analyzing model results, working with datasets, writing simple reports.
• Familiar with simple ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve AI pipelines.
• Fine-tune AI/LLM models for product use.
• Develop and connect AI features to backend apps (mostly in Python).
• Clean and prepare input data (basic data preprocessing).
• Work together with the backend engineers team.
• Write clean and well-documented code.
• If needed — help with data analysis, visualizations, and reporting (basic Data Science tasks).
• Be ready to handle both AI and related backend tasks.
