B2B Technical Support Engineer

We're seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team supporting professional trading companies. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve complex B2B client queries via email
  • Investigate issues and participate in root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and R&D teams to deliver solutions
  • Document and structure client feedback for product improvement

     

Required Skills:

  • Fluent English (business communication level)
  • Ukrainian language proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in technical support, preferably B2B
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
  • Patience, responsibility, and stress tolerance
  • Ability to work night shifts (US market hours)

     

Nice to Have:

  • Business Analysis experience
  • Knowledge of US Equity (stock) markets
  • Trading experience
  • Experience with financial platforms
  • Experience with AI/ML systems
  • Python programming skills
