Talent Sourcer / Researcher

Our client is a remote-first, dynamic international product company in the iGaming niche. Currently we’re on the lookout for an experienced Talent Sourcer/Researcher for their team.

 

In this role you’ll combine a few directions at once: IT, Product, Marketing, Support, along with niche Casino positions.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and other networking channels.
  • Conduct initial screening (in a text form) to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Utilise our ATS (PeopleForce) to manage candidate information and track progress.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • iGaming niche experience is a huge advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
