Talent Sourcer / Researcher
Our client is a remote-first, dynamic international product company in the iGaming niche. Currently we’re on the lookout for an experienced Talent Sourcer/Researcher for their team.
In this role you’ll combine a few directions at once: IT, Product, Marketing, Support, along with niche Casino positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and other networking channels.
- Conduct initial screening (in a text form) to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation.
- Collaborate with Recruiters to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Utilise our ATS (PeopleForce) to manage candidate information and track progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
- iGaming niche experience is a huge advantage, but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
