Presales/Engagement Manager

Project Overview:

We are seeking a driven, proactive, and highly organized Engagement/Presales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ambition for growth and a collaborative mindset, working closely with the delivery department to successfully drive engagement cases. This role requires experience in managing outsource leads, crafting compelling proposals,and ensuring a seamless transition of leads into the delivery phase.

 

Customer Overview:

JetSoftPro is a software development one-stop shop that operates in three directions: internal products, outsourcing, and outstaffing (development of solutions for the b2b client). We work with the Tier 1 + GULF market. We have a pool of clients which gives stability, and always attract new ones.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and engage with qualified inbound and outbound leads, provided by the sales team.
  • Generate high-quality proposals in response to client requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
  • Possible participation in tendering processes, preparing required documentation and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition of lead-related information to the project management team for project initiation.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, delivery, technical experts) to ensure feasibility and competitiveness of proposals.
  • Optionally participate in discovery phases and assist in structuring initial project requirements .
  • Maintain clear and structured communication with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
     

Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in presales, engagement or project management, or similar roles in the IT outsourcing industry.
  • Strong understanding of proposal generation, tenders, and client engagement processes.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and proactively drive processes forward.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with potential clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in discovery phases and the ability to lead them is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of IT outsourcing, software development processes, and market trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth transition of leads into project execution.
