Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager in a tech-focused environment.
  • Experience in technical recruitment or technical hiring processes.
  • Strong understanding of technical interview processes, including structure, evaluation criteria, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a consultant between clients and technical interviewers.
  • Ability to analyze and improve interview quality, efficiency, and feedback loops.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee interviewer assignments and ensure smooth operations.
  • Familiarity with technical stacks, software development methodologies, and industry hiring trends.

     

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical interview process, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a consultant and key communication point between Turnkey and our technical evaluators.
  • Streamline the process and identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.
  • Design, refine, and upgrade technical interview flows to enhance candidate evaluation.
  • Oversee the assignment of technical interviewers, ensuring all vacancies are covered.
  • Ensure technical interviewers are well-informed about position requirements and client expectations.
  • Review and enhance the quality of technical interviews and feedback provided.
  • Participate in client calls, acting as a consultant and representing Turnkey.
  • Drive process improvements to make technical interviews more effective and time-efficient.
  • Review and approve payments/invoices related to technical interviews and associated services.
