We are looking for an Influence Manager with experience in building strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive awareness and engagement. What You Will Do

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencers across YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, turning them into brand ambassadors.
• Negotiate partnerships and ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Track and analyze influencer performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Create and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including sponsored content and giveaways.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer efforts with overall brand strategy.
• Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends and best practices.
   

What We Expect from You

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or PR.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Experience in ambassador programs and long-term influencer relationships.
• Analytical mindset – ability to evaluate influencer performance and optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with the trading or fintech industry is a plus.
