Tech Lead/Senior RnD Engineer Offline

About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead/Senior R&D Engineer to develop Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions, explore emerging technologies (AI, LLM, Cloud), and contribute to the creation of innovative products. In this role, you will make key technical decisions, work with cutting-edge technologies, and lead a small team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop PoC for new products, technologies, and services.
• Research and test emerging technologies (AI, LLM, ML, Cloud).
• Design technical architecture and UX/UI requirements for prototypes.
• Build and test homegrown solutions and assess vendor products (Build vs. Buy).
• Manage the team’s technology stack (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering an agile development environment.
• Document technical findings and define requirements for scaling PoC into production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔Bachelor's or master’s degree in technology or computer science fields
✔7+ years of programming experience, 3 years of leadership role in engineering

1. Full-Stack Development

✔ Frontend: HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript (React, Vue)
✔ Backend: Java, Node.js
✔ Databases: SQL (MySQL), NoSQL

2. DevOps & Cloud

✔ Cloud Platforms: AWS (required)
✔ CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins
✔ Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

3. AI/ML & Emerging Tech

✔ Experience with LLM (Large Language Models), Chatbots, NLP, Image Recognition, GenAI
✔ Passion for exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies

4. Leadership & Analytical Skills

✔ 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
✔ Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt quickly
✔ Strong problem-solving skills, capable of turning abstract ideas into working PoC
