🚀 Strategy & Funnels

  • Build and execute marketing strategies across B2B and community segments
  • Develop and optimize full-funnel campaigns from first touchpoint to conversion
  • Launch result-oriented digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Oversee traditional B2B marketing channels and product/service funnels

⚙️ Execution & Management

  • Set up and manage email marketing and automation funnels
  • Manage and coordinate PPC, SEO, Web Developers, Google Analytics, and other key marketing assets
  • Support product launches: landing pages, offers, email sequences, banners, and PR
  • Coordinate work with copywriters, designers, and paid traffic experts
  • Take responsibility for current and new advertising channels and campaigns
  • Maintain a high-quality brand presence across all touchpoints

📈 Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze and optimize campaigns using GA4, UTM tags, Hotjar, and Looker Studio
  • Track CPL, CPA, CAC, and other core performance metrics
  • Continuously improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates
  • Ensure seamless data flow between marketing and sales to refine lead quality and pipeline conversion

✅ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record in funnel building and paid traffic (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Experience in managing traditional B2B marketing campaigns and understanding of product/service funnels
  • Experience with landing pages, email campaigns, and automation funnels
  • Upper-Intermediate English (you’ll communicate with global audiences and contractors)

  • Experience promoting investment or crowdfunding products
  • Proven expertise in managing SEO, PPC, and other traditional marketing channels
