BI Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create, configure, and optimize dashboards in Tableau Online for monitoring key business metrics -
• Develop data visualizations tailored to business needs, including player segmentation, gaming performance analysis, and other analytics tasks.
• Integrate data from corporate storage and external sources (MySQL, ClickHouse, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Build complex calculations and custom metrics for iGaming analytics.
• Test and implement improvements to enhance dashboard loading speed and usability.
• Prepare reports for marketing, product, and finance departments.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tableau Online and knowledge of best practices for dashboard creation.
• Experience working with iGaming metrics (FTD, RTP, GGR, LTV, etc.).
• Ability to work with SQL for querying data warehouses (MySQL, ClickHouse).
• Strong skills in handling large data volumes and visualizing insights.
• Portfolio of completed Tableau Online projects, including work related to iGaming or similar industries.
• Analytical mindset and ability to propose business-oriented solutions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with BI systems (Tableau Online) is mandatory.
• Understanding of iGaming platforms like SOFTSWISS and others is a plus.
