Lead generation manager

We are actively growing, and right now, Halo Lab has many new opportunities. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Manager to help us find new clients and expand our business.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Upwork or an understanding of how freelance platforms work.
- Written English at a B2 level.
- Data collection and processing skills, analytical thinking.
- Basic lead generation skills.
Ability to write effective prompts for ChatGPT.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing applications on Gigradar, analyzing job matches, and correcting errors.
- Updating cover letters and AI prompts to increase response rates and generate leads on Upwork.
- Writing prompts for ChatGPT to optimize processes.
- Collecting and analyzing data on clients and submitted bids on Upwork.
- Conducting calls with inbound clients to clarify their requests.
- Improving Upwork pages and increasing visibility in Talent Search.
- Maintaining a database and reports on Upwork activities.
Conducting market analytics.
