We’re looking for a sharp, business-oriented expert to develop and execute the company’s information technology and digital transformation strategy to support business growth, innovation, operational efficiency, and security.

Requirements:

- Ability to analyze complex security issues and deliver effective, practical solutions.

- Deep knowledge of information security principles, standards, network protection, encryption, and secure coding practices.

- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.

- Experience managing or working with Ops, DevOps, Jira, Helpdesk, and Development teams.

- Competence in managing IT audits, performance evaluations, and cost-efficient planning.

- Solid background in IT architecture design, systems integration (ERP, CRM, HRM, project management tools), and optimization.

- Ability to lead complex IT projects and large-scale system migrations.

- Track record of engaging external experts to enhance delivery where required.
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Change leadership and stakeholder management.

- Data literacy and BI understanding.

Responsibilities:

Information Security & Risk Management:

  • Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Manage access control and protect internal systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments and monitor security threats.
  • Respond to incidents and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Educate employees on security best practices.

     

IT Operations & Infrastructure

  • Maintain and oversee a secure, high-performing, and scalable IT environment aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Ensure system integration, data integrity, and interoperability across core platforms (CRM, ERP, HRM, etc.).
  • Oversee technical operations teams to ensure efficient and secure operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement.

 

Technology Strategy & Leadership

  • Create strategy and lead the IT and digital roadmap in alignment with company strategy.
  • Evaluate and implement technologies that enhance productivity, scalability, and competitiveness (automation and AI opportunities).
  • Drive automation, integration of AI and digital innovation across functions.
  • Measure effectiveness and business impact of implemented solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional automation initiatives and promote knowledge-sharing.
  • Involve external expertise to strengthen outcomes where needed.
     

Data, Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Build a strong data culture and infrastructure for analytics.
  • Enable real-time reporting and data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Support development of dashboards and operational KPIs.

 

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Business Units.
  • Serve as a strategic technology partner to the executive team and key stakeholders.
