Retention Product Manager

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We seek an experienced Retention Product Manager. As a Retention Product Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind engaging experiences across Tier 1 countries — from crafting loyalty programs and gamified mechanics to analyzing performance and anticipating player behavior in the fast-paced iGaming landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development, launch, and optimization of retention tools for Australia, Canada, and Germany (tournaments, lotteries, wheel of fortune, loyalty program, etc.).
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of current retention mechanics, generating and implementing new hypotheses and approaches.
  • Using data and user behavior to personalize and segment retention initiatives.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (CRM, Product, BI, Support, Creative) to comprehensively implement tools. 
  • Monitoring and improving key KPIs (Retention Rate, ReDepRate, ARPPU, GGR, etc.).
  • Ongoing competitor and industry trend monitoring in the online casino space. 
     

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a role related to player retention in the online casino industry.
  • Excellent understanding of the specifics of gambling: engagement mechanics, player motivation, and regulatory constraints. 
  • Hands-on experience in developing and launching in-game retention tools (tournaments, bonus programs, loyalty schemes, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis skills, ability to formulate hypotheses, and evaluate results.
  • English language proficiency — B2–C1 level.
