Affiliate Manager for B2B

We are currently seeking a dynamic Affiliate Manager to expand our partnerships and drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to grow our partner network.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with necessary tools and support.
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, tracking, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek new opportunities.
  • Familiarity with hotel and hospitality industry trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and CRM tools.
