Affiliate Manager for B2B
We are currently seeking a dynamic Affiliate Manager to expand our partnerships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to grow our partner network.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
- Monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with necessary tools and support.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to enhance marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, tracking, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek new opportunities.
- Familiarity with hotel and hospitality industry trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and CRM tools.
