About the Role
We are looking for experienced Server-Side Developers to join the core Engineering team. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and customer-facing teams to deliver powerful backend solutions that support mission-critical workflows. If you're passionate about solving complex technical challenges and scaling backend infrastructure, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, testable backend components
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness
• Refactor legacy code and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Implement security and data protection strategies
• Work with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and write efficient queries
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Own deliverables, manage priorities, and meet project timelines

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with Python and Django
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development
• Familiarity with database systems like MongoDB and Postgres
• Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Comfortable in Unix/Linux environments
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve existing systems
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
