Job Title: Zoho Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to customize, configure, and maintain our Zoho suite of applications. The successful candidate will enhance the company's business processes and productivity by implementing efficient Zoho solutions, custom workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.
• Write custom scripts using Deluge to automate and enhance business processes.
• Develop integrations between Zoho applications and third-party services using Zoho APIs.
• Manage and maintain existing Zoho configurations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
• Conduct data migration, imports, exports, and ensure data integrity across Zoho modules.
• Provide documentation, user manuals, and training to end-users and stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of new Zoho updates, functionalities, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with expertise in Zoho Creator, CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, or other Zoho suite applications.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting language.
• Experience developing custom modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports within Zoho.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and work directly with end-users and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with business process automation, database management, and data migration techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certification (Zoho Developer Certification preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
