Performance Marketing Growth Lead
Role Summary
You’ll spearhead the overall strategy for our clients’ performance and e-commerce projects, juggling high-level vision, client communication, and day-to-day project management. As the linchpin of the team, you’ll align everyone’s efforts toward revenue growth and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive multi-channel strategies (SEO, paid media, social, CRO) tailored to each client’s goals.
Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; ensure deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients—setting objectives, reporting progress, and managing expectations.
Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor channel performance, and collaborate with the Analyst / Data Specialist to optimize results.
Team Leadership: Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure cohesive execution; resolve any roadblocks swiftly.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, performance, or growth hacking
roles.
Project Management: Familiarity with tools like Monday.com. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting Google Analytics, marketing metrics, and financial reports. You clearly understand data driven marketing
Communication: Strong client-facing skills; able to present strategies and insights in a clear, concise manner.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams toward common goals.
