Team Lead Back-End Development

Responsibilities

• Communication with the business team and stakeholders. 
• Gathering requirements and developing new contexts and microservices to integrate the vendor marketplace with internal systems
• Coordinating contracts between integration services and internal systems
• Finding bottlenecks in the integration system and eliminating them
• Coordinating the integration team, setting and monitoring tasks
• Supporting microservices
• Reviewing code and deployment
• Writing technical documentation and various architectural diagrams
• Responding to incidents
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience working as Backend Developer (PHP), at least 3 of them with DDD on Golang
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience with microservices
• At least 3 years of team lead experience (engineering team management)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making acumen
• Experience with Kafka and Postgresql, query optimization, working with large volumes of data and high load
• Understanding and practical experience in architecture development, PlantUML and C4 diagrams, design patterns, OpenAPI
• Understanding and following the principles of SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI
• Understanding safe programming
• GKE and Gitlab experience
• Experience with Microservices
• Understanding of the DDD paradigm and application experience
• English Upper-intermediate (B2)

• GRPC stream, Google APIs
• Helm operator
