Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Mentor and review the work of lower-level professionals.
• Work with semantics and search intent (Latent Semantic Optimization (LSO)
• Conduct SEO audits of a project to identify traffic growth patterns, develop the SEO strategy for a project with the help of the Team Lead
• Formulate and approve general optimization tasks and basic strategy (under the control of senior specialists)
• Work on the internal technical optimization of a project, analyze competitors and implement their successful practices to projects.
• Monitor search engine algorithms and prepare projects for them in advance
• Work on SEO development process of creating site sections: write technical tasks for programmers and designers, review the work, and complete it based on the project described by a senior specialist
• Automate work using Regular Expression, ready-made scripts, and Google Sheets formulas
• Test tasks, decompose tasks
• Do briefings and keywords density requirements, check copywriting, suggest tools to increase organic traffic and sales
• Work with non-SEO tasks, cooperate with other departments, such as content, translation, development, etc.
• Do on-page SEO that meets the strategy
• Work with separate project/clone, review the implemented tasks, set the SEO reports in Power Bi
• Monitor traffic and positions of the pinned projects/clones and analyze work results, SEO metrics, Traffic and its quality and their report to team lead
• Use data in catalogs, ratings, technical documents, and Confluence for SEO needs.

Requireemnts:

• 3+ Years in Technical SEO with an emphasis in eCommerce
• Fluent English, Ukrainian/Russian or other euroean language are considered as a big plus but are not mandatory
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Up to date knowledge on new technologies and desire to stay current
• Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented and data driven.
• Ability to develop and implement SEO strategies
• Successful promotion cases that you can provide for review
• Knowledge of optimisation methods and ability to find growth points for the project
• Knowledge of the main SEO trends and SEO best practices
• Confident user of: Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Spreadsheet

The Senior Go Developer will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our distributed user behavior analytics and e-commerce tracking system. This professional will be responsible for multiple services ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability of the entire system, enabling company to gain valuable insights into user behavior for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Software development: design, develop, and maintain scalable services, focusing on high-performance event processing, data collection, and analytics systems
• Architecture management: contribute to the evolution of our distributed system architecture, ensuring proper integration between services, effective event processing, and data flow optimization
• System monitoring: implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing to ensure system health and performance
• Security and compliance: ensure proper implementation of security measures for user data handling and session management
• Performance optimization: identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the distributed system, optimizing data collection and processing workflows for large-scale analytics
• Technical leadership: conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and contribute to technical decision-making across multiple services
• Collaborate with distributed team members across different time zone

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Go:
  - Deep understanding of Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, context)
  - Experience with async processing and concurrent data handling
  - Proficiency in implementing thread-safe data structures
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, including experience with:
  - Event-driven architectures and message queuing (Kafka)
  - gRPC and Protocol Buffers
  - RESTful APIs and WebSocket implementations
• Infrastructure and DevOps skills:
  - Docker containerization and orchestration
  - GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  - Experience with cloud platforms and understanding of cloud pricing models
• Monitoring and Observability:
  - OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing
  - Prometheus metrics and Grafana dashboards
• Problem-solving skills: excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen eye for detail
• English level: Intermediate

Will be as a plus:

• High-load distributed systems
• Traffic analysis and bot detection
• Data warehousing solutions (particularly Snowflake)
• Security best practices for session management
