Junior Marketing Manager

To expand Wiseboard’s impact, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless content distribution, coordination, and execution.
Main goal for this role:
- To ensure the smooth execution of Wiseboard’s marketing operations. Working closely with the Content Marketing Lead, CEO, and external vendors (designers, developers, etc) to manage, publish, and distribute marketing content and assets.

Areas and responsibilities:
Marketing Execution & Content Distribution
- Publish articles, case studies, and other marketing content.
- Distribute content across LinkedIn, website, and other platforms, ensuring visibility and engagement.
- Package work deliverables from advisors and their projects into the marketing artifacts
- Manage advisor profiles and service pages, ensuring information is up to date and well-structured.
Coordination & Task Management
- Assign tasks to designers, developers, and copywriters, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Oversee the creation of advisor profile visuals, collaborating with designers and retouchers.
- Collect client reviews for Clutch, prepare response templates, and ensure proper publication.
- Support PR initiatives by preparing content pieces and materials for partners and external channels.
- Organize and manage webinars, online events, and presentations, ensuring smooth execution.
- Prepare marketing presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use.

- Strong organizational and project management skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously (task assigning, tracking, execution).
- Attention to detail – ensuring all content is correctly published, formatted, and visually aligned.
- Proactive mindset – ability to follow up on tasks, track progress, and ensure execution without micromanagement.
- Design and copywriting skills – ability to make edits to visuals in Figma if needed.
- Experience in B2B marketing (b2b service or product with long deal lifecycle)
