Affiliate / Account Manager to $1600

What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a hardworking and motivated Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our network of publishers, building strong partnerships and driving traffic growth. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Finding New Partners: Scout and connect with potential partners on platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, forums, and chats. You’ll pitch our feeds, set up Zoom calls, and seal the deal.
• Daily Communication: Provide feedback on traffic quality, share ideas for improvement, and keep a proactive attitude.
• Traffic Analysis & Optimization: Dive into performance data (think CTR, CPC, RPM, etc.) and work with partners to test new ideas for better results.
• Responsibility: Be quick to respond, stay focused on goals, and be the kind of teammate everyone loves working with.

What You Bring
We’re excited to meet you if you have:

• Experience: Previous experience in affiliate marketing is a plus, especially in search monetization.
• Industry Know-How: A solid understanding of traffic sources, monetization models, and tracking tools (e.g., Clickflare) is preferred.
• Performance Metrics: Familiarity with key affiliate marketing metrics such as CPA, CPC, RPM, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI, as well as understanding of Spam, IVT, and Bot traffic.
• Analytical Mind: You’re comfortable making decisions based on data and performance trends.
• Communication & Sales Skills: Strong English (spoken and written, B2+ level) for Zoom calls, negotiations, and building rapport with partners.
• People Skills: You’re great at connecting with others and fostering win-win collaborations.
• Adaptability: Ready to work across time zones (think Cyprus, Israel, India, Europe) and jump online when partners need you.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with search feeds from Yahoo, Bing, or Google (if terms like N2S, AFD, RSOC, or Type-in feeds ring a bell, we’re impressed!). 
• A network of affiliate partners or media buyers you can bring to the table.
