UX Designer for Cloud Software

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team and work on an exciting cloud software product. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct user interviews to understand customer workflows and pain points.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define new product ideas.
• Create design sketches and concept designs for proposed solutions.
• Gather feedback on product ideas through further user interviews.
• Refine and optimize concept designs before handing them over to UI Designers and providing feedback on their prototypes.
• A key activity of the job is organizing, conducting and analyzing a certain number of user interviews.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Some experience in user interviews and design concept creation (academic or professional).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong communication skills and a business-fluent level of English.
• Experience with 3D software is a plus.
