Growth Monetization Manager Web (Health/Fitness)

Our Development Team is excited to welcome a new colleague - an experienced Growth Monetization Manager Web

Challenges:

  • Analyze user behavior and needs to identify opportunities for optimizing the website’s buying funnel.
  • Develop and test hypotheses to improve website conversion rates and ARPU through funnel and monetization strategy optimization.
  • Work closely with user acquisition and creative teams to design and implement tailored end-to-end buying funnels for different audiences and traffic sources.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests on website buying funnels to validate hypotheses, gather user feedback, and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators to enhance the user experience and streamline buying funnels.

Professional Qualities:

  • Proven expertise in conversion rate optimization, specifically increasing purchases.
  • Strong background in user research, with deep knowledge of UX, CRO principles, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or product marketing within IT product companies (Web, Mobile, CRM), targeting foreign markets.
  • Experience with B2C products, preferably subscription-based.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, etc.
  • Ability to set clear tasks for technical teams, with a strong understanding of use cases and user stories.
  • Familiarity with different monetization models.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with mobile applications.
  • Background in subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with Midjourney or other AI-driven content creation tools.
  • Copywriting skills.
