In this role, you will play a key part in the company's growth by developing strategies to attract and engage prospective clients in the IT outstaffing space. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and have a strong understanding of B2B lead generation techniques.
Also, keep in mind that our company's atmosphere is more like a startup's, so be ready to work in a raw environment.

Qualifications:

 

— Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist;
— Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track leads;
— Strong research skills with experience in leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, and other lead-sourcing platforms;
— Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is a plus;
— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple lead-generation campaigns simultaneously;
— Ability to work independently.
