As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Gift & Event Operations Manager to enhance our corporate engagement and strengthen relationships with partners and stakeholders.

This role is perfect for a highly organized professional with experience in event planning, gifting programs, and corporate engagement, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

🎟️ Event Responsibilities:

• Develop event concepts and formats aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute corporate and partner events.
• Coordinate venues, logistics, and vendor management.
• Oversee registrations, merchandise, and promotional materials.
• Work with marketing and PR teams on event communications.
• Ensure smooth event execution and post-event reporting.
   

🎁 Gifting Responsibilities:

• Manage gift selection, ordering, and international deliveries.
• Coordinate shipping, inventory, and stock levels for branded merchandise.
• Research and source gifts that align with brand values and recipient preferences.
• Maintain quality control and track shipments.
• Keep a partner database and update stock availability.
• Gather recipient feedback and optimize gifting strategies.
• Track and report expenses related to gifts.
   

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in event management, gifting programs, or corporate partnerships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and vendor relations efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Experience in international shipping and inventory management is a plus.
• Passion for creating memorable experiences through events and gifting strategies.
