Who We're Looking For

This role is for an experienced logistics specialist who can take charge of shipments, optimize supply chain operations, and communicate effectively with suppliers. We need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong problem-solving skills, and ensures timely and accurate deliveries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing shipments, optimizing labels, and coordinating deliveries with factories.
• Requesting cost calculations for deliveries, optimizing shipping rates, and calculating per-unit shipping costs.
• Tracking shipment statuses, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reception of goods.
• Communicating with factories, verifying label placements, and checking other critical delivery details.
• Monitoring stock availability in warehouses and tracking days of supply (DOS).
• Coordinating product transfers and handling shipment requests from internal teams.
• Filing claims for lost or delayed shipments and ensuring appropriate reimbursement.
• Organizing and conducting inspections to maintain quality control.
• Ensuring all required documentation is complete and properly stored in designated repositories.

• Researching potential new logistics partners and monitoring delivery trends to enhance operations.

  Who You Are

• Experienced in logistics, supply chain, or shipping management (2+ years), preferably in international trade or manufacturing.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized—you ensure no shipment is delayed or misplaced.
• Skilled in cost optimization—you know how to reduce expenses while maintaining efficiency.
• Strong communicator—you can effectively coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Problem solver—you anticipate challenges and find solutions quickly.
• Proficient in tracking inventory and managing supply chain metrics like DOS.

• Fluent in English (Advanced level)—a must for international coordination.
