Data Engineer

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer (preferably 5-10 years or more);
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake;
  • Strong expertise in SQL for complex data manipulation, transformation, and analysis;
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and custom data ingestion;
  • Experience in data modeling, ELT development, and data warehousing techniques;
  • Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub Pull Requests;
  • Experience in supporting QA and User Acceptance Testing processes;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
     

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with GitHub Actions;
  • Knowledge of Fivetran;
  • Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, ECS);
  • Familiarity with Power BI;
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS;
  • Understanding of Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps;
  • Knowledge of data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, SOX;
  • Experience in the entertainment or ticketing industry.
     

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain scalable data management systems;
  • Develop data processing pipelines in Snowflake, ensuring stability and efficiency;
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Architect and Business Analysts to automate data collection processes;
  • Develop and maintain clear technical documentation;
  • Monitor data quality to ensure accurate and reliable production data;
  • Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality through process optimization.
