Middle Legal specialist

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Legal Specialist to join our team and assist with legal and regulatory matters.. If you have a solid background in law and a keen interest in compliance, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with company registration processes and manage related corporate legal documentation.
• Support bank compliance initiatives and conduct due diligence activities.
• Draft and review agreements with providers.
• Handle Anti-Money Laundering (AML) work and compliance measures.
• Assist in obtaining necessary licenses for operations across various jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research on regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal inquiries and provide guidance on legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably with exposure to corporate law or regulatory compliance.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum upper-intermediate level).
• Proven experience with contract drafting, bank compliance, and due diligence.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with compliance regulations, or AML processes is a plus.
