Technical Support Agent

                            

We are searching the support agent(s) in Australia time zone .

 

The support agent(s) are intended to assist us in our day-to-day L2 work (e.g. monitor sensors and systems), and perform troubleshooting tasks (with the help of step-by-step instructions).

Additionally, the agent will (sometimes) be the first support contact for our Dedrone staff (Sales / Sales Engineers) in the event of an incident during weekend events.

 

Required skills are:

- Good knowledge of network functionality and infrastructure

- Good knowledge of Linux Ubuntu (on CLI)

- Basic knowledge of Windows systems

- Experience in remote troubleshooting using different methods and tools (sh, Anydesk, ..)

- Good knowledge of spoken and written English 

 

Optional skills:

- Experience with support ticket systems (e.g. Zendesk)

- Basic knowledge of AWS (Cloud) Management
