Support manager

We are hiring a Support Manager!

 

The main responsibilities include working with the admin panel and assisting clients in resolving issues.

 

Requirements:

• Fluent in Turkish 

• Mandatory experience in technical support

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently

• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills

 

Work Conditions:

•Fixed salary

• Work schedule: 10 am - 8 pm GMT+2

• Fully remote position or work in Kyiv office

• Stable and dynamic work environment
