Your Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Development:
- Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality country strategic plan that aligns with the local context and company priorities.
- Oversee and manage new projects in the country, ensuring a long-term client portfolio and achievement of company goals.
- Lead, guide, and supervise the team in project execution, quality control, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Oversee and control the preparation of internal documentation (including SOPs, analytical reports, project plans, and risk assessments).
- Ensure the financial and logistical sustainability of projects and operations through effective resource development, financial performance tracking, and efficient budget management.
Representation:
- Represent Meest China in the country at various strategic meetings, conferences, platforms, and other public events, contributing to client consolidation and profile enhancement.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients.
- Identify additional areas of synergy and collaboration with partners, service providers, marketing agencies, and others.
Human Resources:
- Define and plan human resource needs (international operations).
- Coordinate with the HR department.
- Guide and manage staff in the country, ensuring the development of relevant skills and competencies in line with the strategic and operational needs of Programs/Projects.
- Ensure transparent and equitable HR management and training in accordance with company policies and employee needs.
Commerce:
- Plan shipments according to the agreed schedule with the head office.
- Maintain budget discipline and margin indicators.
- Plan budget development in line with current business needs.
- Participate in the development of the company's marketing strategy.
- Contribute to the development of client tariffs.
- Communicate with providers, partners, etc., to secure favorable commercial terms for the company.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in related fields.
- Proven experience in project cycle management.
- Experience in project development and proposal negotiations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality, team spirit, and positive working relationships.
- Ability to identify, initiate, and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and national authorities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and proactively solve problems.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and stress resilience.
