Your Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Development:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality country strategic plan that aligns with the local context and company priorities.
  • Oversee and manage new projects in the country, ensuring a long-term client portfolio and achievement of company goals.
  • Lead, guide, and supervise the team in project execution, quality control, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Oversee and control the preparation of internal documentation (including SOPs, analytical reports, project plans, and risk assessments).
  • Ensure the financial and logistical sustainability of projects and operations through effective resource development, financial performance tracking, and efficient budget management.

 

Representation:

  • Represent Meest China in the country at various strategic meetings, conferences, platforms, and other public events, contributing to client consolidation and profile enhancement.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients.
  • Identify additional areas of synergy and collaboration with partners, service providers, marketing agencies, and others.

 

Human Resources:

  • Define and plan human resource needs (international operations).
  • Coordinate with the HR department.
  • Guide and manage staff in the country, ensuring the development of relevant skills and competencies in line with the strategic and operational needs of Programs/Projects.
  • Ensure transparent and equitable HR management and training in accordance with company policies and employee needs.

 

Commerce:

  • Plan shipments according to the agreed schedule with the head office.
  • Maintain budget discipline and margin indicators.
  • Plan budget development in line with current business needs.
  • Participate in the development of the company's marketing strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of client tariffs.
  • Communicate with providers, partners, etc., to secure favorable commercial terms for the company.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in related fields.
  • Proven experience in project cycle management.
  • Experience in project development and proposal negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality, team spirit, and positive working relationships.
  • Ability to identify, initiate, and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and national authorities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and proactively solve problems.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and stress resilience.
