In 2025, as part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- Creation and launch of email newsletters and automated email sequences.
- Database management and segmentation to ensure targeted communication.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance: open rate, click-through rate, conversions.
- Checking email deliverability and spam scores to maintain high-quality mailing standards.
- Continuous improvement of email effectiveness through A/B testing and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Experience designing emails using drag-and-drop builders in email marketing platforms.
- Solid experience working with tools like Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytical systems to track campaign results.
- Comfortable working with time management tools and Google Drive products.
- B2+ level of English or higher – ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content.
- Copywriting skills for crafting compelling subject lines and calls-to-action.
- Experience using graphic editors such as Figma or Photoshop for visual email content.
