About Us:

Trinity Network is a rapidly growing CPA network specializing in the dating vertical. We work with direct offers, smartlinks, and exclusive in-house deals worldwide.

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop and optimize relationships with webmasters, increase profitability, and scale advertising campaigns.

What You Will Do:

 - Find, attract, and manage affiliates

 - Optimize and scale affiliate campaigns

 - Analyze traffic quality

 - Build and maintain long-term partnerships

 - Search for and test new traffic sources

 - Ensure effective communication and support for partners

What We Expect From You:

 - At least 1 year of experience in the dating vertical

 - Experience in affiliate recruitment (having your own affiliate base is a plus)

 - Strong negotiation and communication skills

 - Ability to work independently and achieve KPI goals

 - Good command of English

 - Proactive mindset and goal-oriented approach
