Billing /Payment manager

We are looking for a Junior+ /Middle Billing /Payment manager in our Billing
 department.
 

You will be involved in improving transaction approval levels, chargebacks, reimbursement levels, and preparing required reports.
 

Main duties:

- Improve basic billing processes to achieve payment processing productivity;
- Carry out constant monitoring of key metrics such as Approval Rate, LTV, find strategies for their improvement; 

- Monitor deviations and their avoidance; 

- Communicate with other departments of the company; 

- Correspondence with PSP to resolve issues related to billing;

- Analysis and use of reports (Excel, Tableau).

Candidate requirements:

- Work experience in a similar position from 1+ years;
- Understanding of online payment processing in e-commerce business;

- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau);
- Ability to create basic SQL queries;

- English: B2

- Analytical mindset
- Attention to detail, meeting deadlines, organization and responsibility
