SEO specialist (Strong Junior)

To expand our team, we are looking for an ambitious SEO specialist. We offer a comfortable work environment that encourages both professional and personal growth.

What you will do:

• Collect and organize semantic core data, and create meta tags
• Conduct content audits and provide recommendations for optimization
• Analyze competitors in organic search
• Create briefs for copywriters for both the local and international markets
• Handle external optimization, select quality backlinks, and build links to the site
• Perform technical audits and create briefs for developers to fix issues
• Generate reports

What we offer:

• Remote work

  We understand the importance of flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.

• Flexible schedule

  Work 7-8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. If you want to work more, overtime is paid.

• Salary

  We offer a competitive salary from 27,000 to 30,000 UAH (based on the interview). With the potential to earn more as your expertise grows.

• Probation period

  The probation period lasts 1 month (possibly less), after which we’ll both know if the cooperation is a good fit. This period is fully paid at the agreed salary.

• Regular reviews

  We value your work and are ready to reward it. The first salary review will take place after 4-5 months.

• Work with interesting projects

  We work with a variety of projects from both the local and international markets, all within white-hat niches.

• Vacation and time off

  All public holidays are time off. Paid vacation and sick leave are available after 6 months of cooperation. Want to work on a holiday? No problem! You can use the day off whenever it's convenient for you.

• Ongoing learning

  Along with a mentor to support you, you’ll have access to top courses to help you grow your skills.

   

What is important for us:

• Understanding Google’s algorithms and website optimization principles
• Familiarity with SEO terms (SERP, crawling budget, sitemap, microdata, etc.)
• Experience with Search Console, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Screaming Frog
• Experience with eCommerce projects is required
• Quick learning and ability to master SEO tools
• Being proactive, with clear communication of ideas and strategies
• Ability to work with Google Sheets
• Keeping up with updates in Google’s algorithms and industry trends

• A desire to improve and grow
