✅ Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting.
- Experience in hiring specialists in the iGaming niche, such as SMM managers, Affiliate Manager, media buyers, CRM managers, etc. will be a plus.
- An established network of contacts on LinkedIn.
- Experience in searching for candidates via Telegram.
- Skills of active candidate search using creative and innovative approaches.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
- Own list of Telegram channels and LinkedIn groups for iGaming vacancies.
- Proficiency in automating search and recruitment processes.
- Ability to bring candidates to the point of signing an offer.
