Junior IT Sourcer

At Hirey, we help top-tier startups (like Productboard, Wix, Readdle, Appsmith, Petcube, and more) find world-class design and tech talent across the US and EU.

Now we’re looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer to join our team. No prior experience needed — just curiosity, great research skills, and a strong interest in design, tech, and AI.

What you’ll do:
– Help us find talented designers and engineers
– Research across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter
– Reach out to candidates and make a great first impression
– Support recruiters and learn the hiring process from the inside
– Keep candidate info organized in our ATS

About you:
– You love tech, design, and learning new things
– You enjoy digging into research and finding hidden gems
– You’re proactive, organized, and not afraid to ask questions
– You can work with US time zones (till ~8–9 pm Kyiv time)
– Upper-Intermediate English
