Technical PM

Competera uses Big Data and Deep Learning to change the way retailers do pricing. We are known for both cutting-edge math ‘under the hood’ and for deep expertise in the pricing domain. We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to improve the way we deliver our solutions to customers.

You want to:

  • You will be responsible for delivering high quality projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead the development of relevant project processes and documents.
  • Work with billing team to ensure projects are regularly and accurately billed.
  • Plan and execute implementation, including the design of pricing solution in collaboration with Pricing Architects.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the client and Competera stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s organisation, the business needs and challenges of each industry.
  • Lead project communications and best practices throughout the system implementation.
  • Ensure requirements and expectations are well established between the client and the business and maintained throughout the project.
  • Identify potential challenges to the project and communicate accordingly with the implementation team and the client, to mitigate risks to the project and ensure it is delivered on time and within budget as agreed.
  • Follow PM playbook and making suggestions for improvement as appropriate.

Starter-kit needed to join the board:

  • 5+ years PM (preferably B2B software development).
  • Advanced English and Ukrainian - written, oral + business communication skills.
  • Organization, Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management.
  • Jira profi, G suite.

Pleasant extras:
