We’re currently expanding and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to manage exciting projects in the field of web development and website promotion, as well as grow with our team of professionals.

🦸‍♂️ Professional skills:

— At least 2 years of experience in IT project management;
— Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
— Experience leading a technical team of Frontend Dev, Backend Dev, QA, and UI/UX Designer specialists;
— Proficiency in written and spoken English;
— Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
— Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence);
— Ability to use tools for creating mockups (Figma);
— Ability to work with deadlines and manage risks.

🎯 Personal skills:

— Excellent communication and organizational skills;
— Strong priority management;
— Self-organization and multitasking;
— Ability to clearly formulate tasks for their subsequent implementation.

🧐 Main responsibilities:

— Preparation, maintenance, and updating of project documentation;
— Communication with the project team and the client;
— Coordination of work between internal teams (development, design, marketing) and external stakeholders;
— Formulation of requirements based on the client’s wishes;
— Creation of the project backlog in the form of clear tasks based on requirements;
— Full control over the implementation of the planned scope of work in each iteration;
— Preparation of periodic reports;
— Risk management and project changes;
— Team motivation and support of a friendly atmosphere.
