Middle UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer (2+ years of experience) to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual direction of our SaaS platforms.
 

What you will do:

• Work with complex B2B and SaaS systems to improve their user experience and interfaces.
• Interact with developers, product team and stakeholders to advocate for design decisions.
• Create prototypes, test hypotheses and improve user interaction with the product.
• Develop and maintain a design system using modern Figma tools.
• Work with auto-layouts, components, tokens, and new Figma features.
• Understand how business goals impact design, analyze UX metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Participate in user interviews and research to design solutions based on real customer problems.
• Document your solutions and help the team better understand the UX approach.
• Advanced Figma user.
   

What’s important to us:

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
• Upper-Intermediate English, ability to correspond and communicate on calls.
• Deep understanding of UX processes and willingness to work with complex interfaces.
• User-centeredness, desire to make the product more convenient, not just “prettier”.
• Calmness and stress resistance in working situations, ability to work with feedback.
• Proactive in problem solving, ability to identify problems before they become critical.
• Argumentative decision making, understanding how design impacts the business and users.
• Flexibility and adaptability - we work in a dynamic environment, it’s important to adjust and learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team, ability to structure thoughts and communicate ideas. Be customer-oriented.
• Experience working with developers, understanding of layout constraints and front-end-backend interaction.
• Advanced level of Figma proficiency (auto-layouts, components, tokens, prototyping).
