Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Manager to help us build and maintain a top-notch talent pipeline. You'll manage the end-to-end hiring process — from posting job openings to screening candidates and conducting initial interviews. You’ll also help us explore new hiring platforms, implement smart automations, and contribute to building scalable recruiting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms (e.g. Djinni, LinkedIn, Upwork)
- Review candidate submissions (e.g. Loom videos) and evaluate soft skills, communication, and overall fit
- Conduct initial screening interviews (primarily in English)
- Coordinate and track candidates through the hiring pipeline
- (Important!) Use tools like Zapier, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets to optimize and automate workflows
- Actively search for strong candidates via outreach (LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Contribute to building a structured, semi-automated hiring system
- Maintain and grow a talent pool for future needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to assess soft skills and cultural fit quickly
- Attention to detail and a structured mindset
- English level: B1 or higher
- Experience in HR, recruiting, or coordination is a plus — but we're open to fast learners
- Self-driven and responsible, able to work independently with flexible hours
Schedule & Compensation:
- Workload: ~25–40 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible, ideally within standard working hours (no micromanagement)
- Compensation: $400–$600/month (based on experience and weekly availability)
- Type: Part-time/Full-time contractor (remote)
