Now, weβre looking for a Senior IT Sales Manager βοΈ to help us expand our client base and drive growth. If you have a strong B2B sales background, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building long-term partnerships, this is your opportunity.

For a perfect match, we expect π―
- 5+ years in IT outsourcing or consulting sales with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
- English C1.
- Experience in full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing deals using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
- Solid understanding and selling of such technologies as Node.js., React, WordPress, and Laravel.
- Deep understanding of IT services and industry trends.
- Consultative sales approach, ability to understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Objection-handling expertise and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools to track and manage sales activities efficiently.
Nice to have π
- Experience selling to enterprise clients or high-value B2B accounts.
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and deal structuring.
Duties & Responsibilities πΌ
- Identify and close new business opportunities.
- Conducting full-cycle sales using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms: from prospecting and initial contact to contract signing.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transitions for the delivery team.
- Proactively work on internal sales tasks to improve processes and optimize sales operations.
- Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
- Handl objections effectively and develop creative solutions.
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities.
