Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with English-speaking brokers and drivers over the phone.
  • Provide customer support through emails and phone calls.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and planning to ensure efficient cargo transportation.
  • Processing and overseeing cargo documentation.
  • Handling calls and resolving delivery-related issues with creativity and patience.

     

Requirements:

  • English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Analytical and flexible thinking.
  • Strong time management skills, multitasking, initiative
  • Willingness to take responsibility for results and strive for continuous improvement.

     

What We Offer:

  • Work schedule: 15:00 AM โ€” 01:00 PM (4/4).
  • Comfortable office with necessary equipment
  • Training at the expense of the company
  • Corporate events

     

During the curfew you will have a hybrid schedule: Start of the working day in the office from 3PM to 9PM, then from 10PM to 1AM โ€” remotely.
