Technical Support/Email Delivery Consultant

Starnavi is looking for a Technical Support & Email Delivery Consultant to join our team. If you like to help customers, solve problems, and want to dive into email deliverability technology - we want to hear from you!
 

      Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via chat/email and guide clients through onboarding.
  • Analyze email delivery performance and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Maintain our Help Center and improve support automation tools.
  • Work closely with developers to address user needs.
  • Support minor content updates (e.g., WordPress, feature descriptions).

     

     

    Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn email tech (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Experience with support platforms like Intercom, Zendesk, etc.
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.

 

     Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML or WordPress.
  • Experience in email marketing or deliverability.
