Project Manager (Project Owner) Offline

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain consolidated project files to ensure easy access to all relevant information.
• Control on timeline, ensuring project meets its milestones, early identification of potential problems.
• Work closely with internal Head of Marketing and Sales, Designer, Product Director and Engineers on Specification preparation; Clarify time required to deliver project.
• Responsibility for up to 5 parallel projects on different stages.
• Prepare and deliver regular portfolio status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication between stakeholders; (offshore developers and internal stakeholders).
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage a variety of projects, from packaging production to new product development.
• Schedule and facilitate regular team calls to promote collaboration and progress tracking.
• Create and implement project roadmaps in collaboration with teams to guide project execution.
• Structure processes for efficiency, ensuring clarity in task assignments and workflows.
• Monitor timelines closely to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and deadlines are consistently met.
• Foster open communication, building trust and rapport with all team members to enhance collaboration and morale.

Requirements

• Experience working with hardware and software production projects.
• Experience with cross-culture operations, working with multicultural teams.
• Experience with managing end-to-end website lifecycle.
• Experience with “gating” project phases.
• Proven experience in negotiation with Contractors and/or Clients.
• Proven experience in successful projects delivery (meeting scope, budget, time, and quality).
• Proven experience in preparation of project documentation — roadmap, milestones, recurrent reports.
• Experience in acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders (expectations management, conflict/escalation management, risk mitigation, problem-solving).
• Experience in writing tasks descriptions, including clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience in managing multiple distributed teams.
• Confident in Project management methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and methodologies.
• English B2+.
